Photographed today

Today I photographed with my photo buddy Michelle in West Sacramento. Got some lucky shots again. We also went to the pumpkin patch and I got my first personal pumpkin for the office! Sweet eh?

The SnapShotSacramento gallery is being postponed until October 10 maybe even further. When the gallery is up, I will need some votes!

I have a few more website projects coming along the way... and a lot more other things to take care of as well. I'm ready!

This semester

I wish I had only 3 more semesters but I have 4 because of this MIS class that held me from going beyond. It's a introductory class to programming using Visual Basic 2005 and I seriously wish I can test out of it. Hopefully it'll be beneficial to me because none of these other classes really are. First two days were exhausting when they're supposed to be a breeze, not because they were hard but there's just too much material in all five of my classes. I'm already getting overwhelmed and exhausted.

I wish I can just focus on building portfolios and creating new ideas for businesses and all of that side marketing stuff. But I am interested in programming in the Business field which is challenging and enjoying to me.

Remember to get involved with that SnapShot (Sept 13-19) contest for any of you photographers out there. Also if you want to help the homeless of Sacramento, you should really look into getting involved. It's a nice favor.

"The Snapshot Sacramento project is designed to promote Sacramento, its photographers and to help the homeless through the sales of Snapshot Sacramento 2010 wall calendar. Starting at 12:00 a.m. Sunday, September 13, 2009 and continuing through 11:59 p.m., Saturday, September 19, 2009, professional and amateur photographers will be asked to record activities and events of the people and places of Sacramento, 24 hours a day for 7 days."

Launching www.jennytran.net today!

I am finally launching jennytran.net today 8/23. Nothing has been up for almost a year and I'm excited to finally have something up. It took me about a quick 2 weeks of development; just a simple easy-on-the-eye website. I used Autoviewer flash for both my galleries--Photography and Design and the rest is hand-code.

New Downtown Sac Photos

Below are some photos I shot today at Downtown Sac again with Mrs. Townsend. I'm so tired of taking pictures of Downtown but I happen to get some lucky new shots every time and they only get better!
